Facial Mask: in a bowl, mix 1 teaspoon powder with 1 teaspoon Aloe Vera gel and enough water to make a loose paste. Apply with brush to irritated skin. Avoid eye area. Leave on for 5-7 minutes. Remove with lukewarm compress or water. Apply a calming crème or gel moisturizer.
Bath: Add 3 to 5 teaspoons to bath. Soak for 20 minutes
